Session Details

  • Duration: 55 Minutes

    Start with a Conversation: You’ll share what brings you in, your goals, and any pain or injuries.

    Movement Assessment: I’ll guide you through functional movements to spot areas for support.

    Personalized Session: I adjust as we go, based on what I see and what you share—tailoring the experience to meet your needs.

    Wrap-Up & Planning: We’ll end by discussing a plan that fits you moving forward.

  • You can come every other week, once a week, four times a week - how frequently you do sessions is up to you and what works best for your life and wellness goals.

  • My approach is fascia-focused and deeply individualized, integrating techniques that support longevity in life, functional strength, and holistic well-being. My certifications include GYROTONIC® (Level 1 & 2), with specialized coursework in the fascial body, osteoporosis and osteopenia, movement for dancers, and golf performance. I also hold certifications in the MELT Method for hands and feet and OOV fundamentals—each offering a unique way to meet your body's evolving needs.

  • Overwhelmingly, most of my clients report feeling good, more connected, and energized after a single session. 

    For clients working through pain and compensatory patterns, they often report starting to feel shifts/differences in their daily life after their third or fourth session.

    My primary focus is always going to be to work with the body, its connective tissues, and the nervous system, to build true, functional strength from the inside out. I can guarantee positive changes; I can’t guarantee a specific timeline.

    • 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the session.

    • Single session payments will be charged at the time of booking.

    • All sessions are 55 minutes in duration unless otherwise discussed
